  • Cancellations require 48-hour notice for a full refund.
  • Proprietary blending recipes developed during consulting remain the intellectual property of Bloom & Brew Consulting unless otherwise negotiated.

3. Product Sales & Floral Teas

All floral tea products are artisan-crafted and may vary slightly in appearance due to the organic nature of our ingredients. We ensure all products meet Australian health and safety standards for food and beverage items.

Shipping is handled via carbon-neutral partners. Returns on consumable tea products are only accepted if the sealed packaging is untampered with and reported within 14 days of delivery.
